Betony Vernon the sexual anthropologist and Sang Bleu 6 contributing editor will be talking in a seminar at the Biennale of Fashion in Arnhem about Fetishism and Fashion. The seminar will also include a variety of esteemed writer, historians, curators and designers. The talk will spill out onto two days from June 25th and 26th.
Besides from this two day seminar the festival will explore a variety of different ways that fashion and fetish intertwine through fashion culture and design. Consisting of 13 rooms which explore the fascinating, curious and sweeping world of fetishism. The true nature of fetishism is brought to life via clothing, accessories, photography, film and various types of media. Shamanism, infantilism, legends, nudism and nomadism are a few of the intriguing and illustrious key words which form the core of this internationally unrivaled exhibition
